What is not allowed

Free Spicy is for adults. Adult content between consenting adults is allowed. Everything below is not.

Always blocked

• Minors, or anything that suggests minors: youth words (teen, schoolgirl, baby), childlike features, school settings, ages under 18. Reported to the authorities.
• Animals in a sexual context.
• Non-consent: rape, coercion, or anyone asleep, drunk, drugged or unconscious.
• Sex combined with violence, blood, weapons or drugs.
• Real people without consent: deepfakes, face or body swaps of real people, non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Names of people: any personal name, real or fictional, celebrities, porn stars, film and anime characters, or a recognizable celebrity in an image. Describe people by role and look, or use your @characters.
• Copyrighted works: films, shows, scenes, characters, other people's videos, trademarks.
• Incest, illegal drug use, extreme gore, torture or self-harm, terrorism.
• Harassment and impersonation.

Violence without sex (for example a cinematic fight) may be generated, but the video stays private: it can't be published or shared.

How content is checked

Every prompt, every timeline part, every uploaded image and frames from every uploaded video are checked before they reach a model, in three layers: a keyword filter, an AI moderation model and an AI classifier. Generated text (Enhance, Scene builder, Recreate) is checked too. If the check is down, generation waits rather than skipping it.

Uploads

• Only upload people who are 18 or older and have agreed, and never celebrities. You confirm this with the rights checkbox on every generation.
• Restore film face photos and nude portraits from a real photo require a recorded consent statement.
• Only AI-generated characters can replace someone in a video.

What happens on a violation

• The request is blocked and the message tells you why.
• Blocks for minors, animals, non-consent or sex with violence are strikes. 3 strikes within 30 days suspend the account automatically.
• A suspended account can log in and view its library, but can't generate, upload, pay, publish or share. Its public videos are unpublished.
• Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban, without a refund of credits.

Report content

Anyone can report content on the legal contact form, without an account: copyright (DMCA), likeness used without consent, minors (urgent) and other illegal or abusive content. Reports of minors and non-consensual intimate imagery are handled within 48 hours. See also the Terms of Service and DMCA policy.

Is Free Spicy really uncensored?

Yes for adults: sexual content between consenting adults is allowed, at any explicitness level. Content involving minors, animals, non-consent, real people without consent, names, drugs or violence with sex is blocked.

Why was a normal word blocked?

The keyword filter is strict on purpose. Words like teen, baby, asleep or drunk are blocked even in adult contexts. Rephrase, for example "a woman in her twenties" instead of "teen".

Can I make videos of a real person?

Only of yourself, or of an adult who agreed, and never of a celebrity. Deepfakes of real people without consent are forbidden.
