Refund and Cancellation Policy

One-time purchases, no subscriptions

Credits are sold as one-time prepaid packages. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Your card is charged only when you buy a package.

Credits

Credits do not expire. The price of each generation is shown before you start it. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds

Because credits are delivered instantly and spent on paid AI processing, purchased credits are generally not refundable. We will refund:

duplicate charges and charges for credits you did not receive;
charges you did not authorize, after we verify the claim;
purchases where a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service and we could not fix it.

To ask for a refund, email legal@freespicy.io from your account email within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; crypto refunds are sent in the same coin to an address you give us. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we usually resolve billing problems faster. When a chargeback is filed, the credits from that purchase are removed, which can make your balance negative.
